Marketplace fee

If marketplace payments are enabled in the future, the seller agrees that Voxflok will retain a platform fee equal to 40% of the listed item price for each completed sale, calculated before taxes. The seller's remaining share will be 60% of that listed item price, before taxes. The fee would be collected by a configured payment provider; an amount shown in the app is not money held for or owed to the owner.

Payments and seller accounts

Any future card checkout would be processed by a payment provider. Sellers would need to complete that provider's identity and payout verification. Voxflok does not currently accept payments, hold customer funds, or promise a sale or payout.

Listings, delivery, and refunds

Sellers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful goods and services, delivery, and their legal obligations. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, taxes, and payment-provider fees must be addressed in the final marketplace policies and handled under applicable law and provider rules.

Before enabling real payments, the owner must have these terms reviewed for the countries served and add complete contact, refund, delivery, seller, tax, and dispute policies. This draft is not a substitute for legal advice.
